1. Extruder
The extruder is the heart of the PVC-O pipe production line, designed for precision
melting and
homogenization of raw PVC material. Equipped with high-performance screw and barrel technology,
it ensures stable output, consistent plasticization, and superior energy efficiency. Advanced
temperature controls maintain material integrity, setting the foundation for strong and reliable
pipes.
2. Die Head Assembly
Our engineered die head delivers uniform distribution of molten PVC, ensuring consistent
wall
thickness and smooth internal and external surfaces. Its optimized flow channel design minimizes
stress and eliminates material stagnation. This precision results in pipes with excellent
dimensional accuracy and enhanced hydraulic performance.
3. Calibration & Cooling Tank
The calibration and cooling tank provides the first stage of pipe shaping with
vacuum-assisted
sizing for perfect diameter control. High-efficiency water spraying and cooling systems ensure
rapid heat dissipation while maintaining surface smoothness. This guarantees pipes with high
dimensional stability and long-term durability.
4. Four Track Haul Off (Servo)
The 4-track haul-off unit ensures steady and precise pulling of pipes during extrusion.
Its
synchronized traction system maintains uniform speed and prevents deformation during the initial
forming stage. With high-grip pads and controlled pressure, it supports continuous,
vibration-free operation.
5. Infrared Heating Oven
The infrared heating unit prepares the extruded PVC pipe for molecular orientation by
delivering
uniform, controlled heating. Using advanced IR lamps, it ensures rapid temperature rise while
conserving energy. This stage is critical for achieving the flexibility, toughness, and high
strength of oriented PVC pipes.
6. Biaxial Orientation & Cooling Chamber
At the core of OPVC technology, the biaxial orientation chamber stretches the pipe in
both axial
and circumferential directions, aligning polymer molecules for maximum strength. This process
transforms conventional PVC into PVC-O, making it lighter, stronger, and more flexible. Rapid
cooling then locks in the orientation, ensuring unmatched hydraulic capacity, impact resistance,
and long service life.
7. Six Track Haul Off (Servo)
The 6-track haul-off unit provides powerful traction during the final shaping and
stabilization
stages. With more contact area and advanced control, it delivers higher pulling force and
precision for larger diameters. This ensures pipes retain their superior mechanical properties
and dimensional accuracy.
8. Cutting & Chamfering Unit
Our high-speed cutting and chamfering unit delivers clean, dust-free cuts at exact
lengths with
smooth beveled edges. Designed with servo-controlled accuracy, it reduces material wastage and
ensures joint readiness. Chamfered edges simplify installation and improve sealing reliability
in the field.
9. Fully Automated Belling Machine
The automated belling machine creates perfectly shaped elastomeric sockets for leak-proof joints.
Using precise heating and forming technology, it ensures uniform socket dimensions and
consistent wall thickness. Automation reduces cycle time, improves accuracy, and guarantees a
high-quality socket that enhances pipeline efficiency and installation speed.
